Since October 2024, I’ve had the privilege of serving as CEO of PlatformOne K.K., a company with a strong history of helping global leaders succeed in Japan.
Born on a U.S. military base in Japan to a Japanese mother and American father, I grew up fluent in both languages and deeply connected to both cultures. This dual perspective has shown me how even the most talented executives and entrepreneurs often struggle: international leaders facing challenges with Japanese companies, and Japanese executives finding it difficult to work smoothly with international partners.
